It's the dawn of a new era at the French Laundry as Timothy Hollingsworth, chef de cuisine for the past three years, served his last dinner last night before he moves to LA. Hollingsworth will be replaced by David Breeden (pictured), who is coming over from his position as sous chef at Per Se. [ISSF]
