Los Angeles chef/restaurateur Jon Shook talks to Food Republic about the possibility he would ever switch coasts: "I wouldn't say that I would never move to New York. If the right opportunity approached...New York is New York and there is something magical about that place. If the shoe fit, I would wear it. It just doesn't fit yet."
