New York Times food writer Mark Bittman explores the possibilities of healthy fast food and concludes that the fast food vendors of America still aren't there yet after eating at Veggie Grill in Los Angeles and Lyfe Kitchen in Culver City, CA. I wanted to focus on Mediterranean food." [NYT]
