On the Trail On the Trail

battersby.jpgToqueland's Andrew Friedman is starting a new feature called The Trail in which, you guessed it, he trails at a restaurant for an evening. First up: Brooklyn's Battersby. And bonus cookbook gossip, Friedman is working on a proposal for a book called Battersby: Extraordinary Food from an Ordinary Kitchen with chef/owners Joe Ogrodnek and Walker Stern. [Toqueland]
