Here's a lovely video tribute to Cecilia Chiang, in which she discusses how she somewhat accidentally became a restaurateur whose influence on the culinary world none other than Thomas Keller describes as "profound." Fellow San Francisco chefs Gary Danko and Corey Lee also pay tribute to Chiang in this sneak peek of the video that will be shown in full at next week's Cecilia Chiang tribute dinner at the Pebble Beach Food & Wine festival (April 4-7).
