Writer Michael Ruhlman has announced that his iPad cookbook/app The Book of Schmaltz will be taken down in advance of its publication as a hard cover by Little, Brown. Ruhlman says he will re-introduce the app after the book is published, but for now the best bet is to pre-order the book. [Ruhlman]
