Here's the cover for Brooklyn chocolatiers the Mast Brothers upcoming book, Mast Brothers Chocolate: A Family Cookbook. And it looks a whole lot like one of the wrappers for the chocolate bars, but it also happens to reveal the foreword was written by the one and only Thomas Keller. (Keller uses Mast chocolate in his restaurants.)

The publisher's description says the book will contain recipes for "classic American desserts like chocolate cookies and cakes, brownies, bars, milkshakes, and even home-made whoopie pie." Also, savor dishes like "Pan-seared Scallops with Cocoa Nibs and Cocoa Coq au Vin." Mast Brothers Chocolate: A Family Cookbook comes out October 29 from Little, Brown and Company (pre-order on Amazon).
